So happy to find an authentic Dominican spot on Grand!! Good price, big portions, feels
like home -

Let talk about good things in this place. I like about decoration of the restaurant so much. Its so characteristic and unique of Dominican style. There are desserts that I like. And now what I'm not so crazy about here....
- Food is getting less delicious from time to time
- I don't know if its a restaurant style of treat a customer or just a person who works there. The waitress always speak and talk to my BF and never talk to me or asked if I want to order something. It has been like this almost every time we went there. And on top of that they speak Spanish. Please, don't get offended and not thing wrong with speaking Spanish but if you see my face you will know that I'm Asian and I will probably don't understand Spanish so this is about PROFESSIONAL and GENERAL SENSE! What do you feel going to restaurant and waitress choose to not communicate to you.
I really feel sorry for the owner and the authentic looks of this place, they have good dessert but SERVICE is SUCK. -

Costumer service is horrible I waited 30 minutes just for them to take my order . You guys need to do better seriously. The workers looked at me an kept walking from behind the back

I wanted this place to taste amazing and delicious but it fell very short of my expectations. I've came here one other time and it was also alright that time as well. The interior was decorated with a forest kind of vibe. Started off with drinks and they were not bad. We ordered family style and the food was mixed. On one hand, the oxtail and mofongo was amazing. On the other, the streak was terrible and the seafood in the seafood paella was tough. It's been around for awhile and I hope the quality improves.

This place is good. Nothing fancy about it but the food is good for Dominican food and late night snack.
The people were super attentive and kind.
The decor is funky but the place was clean.
Also lots of pre-made food if your on the go.
ps. They deliver.
